Terms of Service

What this service is

Eastside AI Education provides private educational tutoring on the use of Claude AI and related tools. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

Who can book

Sessions for minors (under 18) must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation.

Session conduct

Sessions are expected to be respectful and productive. Eastside AI Education reserves the right to end a session early if conduct becomes disruptive or unsafe.

Cancellation & refunds

Consultation ($200): Non-refundable. Preparation begins at the time of booking.

Individual sessions: 60% refund with 48+ hours notice. 30% refund within 24 hours. No refund under 24 hours.

Student 4-Pack: 50% refund on remaining unused sessions if cancelled.

If your tutor cancels: Outside 48 hours — free reschedule. Within 48 hours — full refund + 25% credit. Within 24 hours — full refund + 50% credit.

Limitation of liability

Eastside AI Education is not liable for any outcomes resulting from application of skills or knowledge gained in sessions.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), location preference, session type, and goals. This is the only data we collect.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule sessions. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. Period.

Children's privacy

This website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All bookings for minors are submitted by a parent or guardian.
