These documents apply to all sessions, inquiries, and use of this website. By submitting a booking inquiry or attending a session, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they're written to be understood, not avoided.
Eastside AI Education provides private educational tutoring on the use of Claude AI and related tools. Sessions are instructional in nature. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes professional, legal, financial, or career advice. How you choose to apply what you learn is entirely your own responsibility.
Sessions for minors (under 18) must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation. By submitting a booking inquiry on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Sessions are expected to be respectful and productive. Eastside AI Education reserves the right to end a session early and issue a partial refund at its discretion if conduct becomes disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe. This applies to in-home and virtual sessions equally.
Consultation ($650): Non-refundable regardless of notice given. Preparation begins at the time of booking.
Individual sessions: 60% refund with 48 or more hours notice. 30% refund within 24 hours. No refund under 24 hours.
Student 4-Pack: 50% refund on any remaining unused sessions if the package is cancelled.
Family sessions: Treated as a single individual session — 60% refund with 48+ hours notice, 30% within 24 hours.
If your tutor cancels: Outside 48 hours — free reschedule. Within 48 hours — full refund plus 25% credit. Within 24 hours — full refund plus 50% credit.
Student 4-Pack sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after this window are forfeited without refund.
Eastside AI Education is not liable for any outcomes — professional, academic, financial, or otherwise — resulting from the application of skills or knowledge gained in sessions. Educational tutoring is provided as-is, with no guarantee of specific results.
When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), location preference, session type, and any information you voluntarily include in the goals field. This is the only data we collect.
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule sessions, and communicate about your booking. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not contact you for any purpose unrelated to your session.
Nobody. Your personal information is never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party for any reason. Period.
This website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All booking inquiries for minors are submitted by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information without parental consent, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Inquiry and session information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling and basic record-keeping. We do not maintain long-term databases of client information.
